  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Tax dollars are granted to non-profit organizations that provide high quality services that benefit City residents.

Linda Grayson

Manager – May Company – Retired

Central West End Neighborhood

Linda is the immediate past Chair of the Board first appointed as an MHB Trustee in December of 2010. Additionally, Linda serves on the MHB Personnel Committee. Now retired, Linda served in many capacities spanning four decades with the May Department Stores Company last serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development. In addition to the St. Louis Mental Health Board, Linda has been a Board member with SOS Women’s Fund of St. Louis. Linda represents the Central West End Neighborhood.
