  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Tax dollars are granted to non-profit organizations that provide high quality services that benefit City residents.

Deanna Shea

Accountant

Deanna joined MHB in May 2023. With her, she brought 15 years of accounting experience as well as a master’s degree in accounting. She primarily works with Susan Kabat in the contracting portion of fund accounting and reporting. Prior to MHB, she worked in public accounting and private accounting. She looks forward to the new adventures of nonprofit and fund accounting.
