St. Louis Area Violence Prevention Commission -Project Director
Justin Mosley joined MHB in 2024 as a Project Director for the Violence Prevention Commission. Justin most recently worked for local non-profit agency Youth In Need, managing the National Safe Place Program’s Eastern Missouri division, its largest territory in the country. Justin is a passionate advocate for youth services and he used his public platform with Safe Place to build impactful relationships with community service providers, and raise program awareness through television and other media appearances. Prior to Youth In Need, Justin spent time in higher education, serving in the financial services, enrollment management, and athletic departments with Washington University, Logan University and his alma mater Harris-Stowe where he received a degree in Business Administration. Justin also spent nearly a decade in Mass Transit Operations Management with the Bi-State Development Agency. Justin is a resident of the Gate District Neighborhood.
