  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Tax dollars are granted to non-profit organizations that provide high quality services that benefit City residents.

Alicia Lee

Executive Assistant

Alicia joined MHB in February of 2023. Previously she was employed at the St. Louis County Library Headquarters where she served as the Development Assistant. Her professional career also includes positions at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School, Beyond Housing, Missouri Historical Society, and Washington University. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and a BA in English, both from Fontbonne University. She is a resident of University City. Alicia provides executive support to MHB leadership and serves as the benefits administrator.
