Xinyue Zhang

Data and Performance Analyst

Xinyue Zhang joined MHB in August of 2024 as our Data and Performance Analyst. She has over 6 years of experience analyzing data in the St. Louis behavioral health field. With a Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis, Xinyue excels in leveraging data to evaluate behavioral health interventions and inform strategic planning. She specializes in translating complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. Xinyue believes that understanding the humans behind each data point is fundamental to interpreting data for mental health programs. With a strong commitment to equity and culturally responsive care, Xinyue has worked across various roles advocating and supporting the mental health needs of diverse populations in St. Louis.
