  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Evanna Burkett

Evanna is a Doctorally prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care across the lifespan. With 20 years of experience in the medical profession her background includes work in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) substance abuse settings, as well as outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Evanna brings several years of focused experience supporting the unique needs of the college student population, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered treatment. Evanna enjoys volunteering with a local organization providing meals to members of the community in addition to volunteering with several other organizations serving communities in need.
